2009 Legal Symposium:

The Center for Alcohol Policy’s 2nd Annual Legal Symposium took place October 18-20, 2009, at the Hyatt Regency Chicago in Chicago, Illinois. Nebraska Attorney General Jon Bruning, president of the National Association of Attorneys General, provided the keynote address.

2008 Legal Symposium: 75 Years After the 21st Amendment, What Now?

In October 2008, the Center for Alcohol Policy sponsored its first annual legal symposium to discuss the present day implications of the 21st Amendment to the Constitution which repealed Prohibition and gave rise to the successful state-based system of alcohol regulation that exists in the United States today.
